Julia Almanza, 56, of Salinas, CA died July 29, 2016 at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital surrounded by family and friends. She was faithful and dedicated to the service of Her Lord and Saviour Jesus. She was Baptized in the Name of Jesus and served countless years at Apostolic Community Life Center. She impacted the lives of many children in her over 30 years in Daycare and Preschool. Cooking was one of her many passions. She was a great friend to many. She loved her Siblings and extened Family. She gave glory to God in all that she did. She is in heaven jumping and rejoicing watching over all of us!

Survived: Her Niece Ruthie (Andrew) Bella, Ethan, Nathan, & Shawn

Her Siblings: Rosie (Tony), Cruz (Yolanda), Petra (Marcelo), Maria (Charles), Magdalena (Lawrence), Ruth (David), Samuel (Delia), Esther Almanza; brother-in-law, Ben Caldera

Proceeded in Death: Her Father Cruz Almanza, Her Mother Julia Almanza, Brother Cecil Almanza, Sister Socorro Diaz, Sister Naomi Caldera, Sister Alejandra Alvarez.

Celebration of Life Services will be held at the Apostolic Community Life Center, 180 Williams Rd, Salinas Thursday, August 4, 2016 at 6:30 pm. Funeral will be held Friday, August 5, 2016 at 10:00am at the Apostolic Community Life Center, followed with burial at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 18200 Damian Wy, Salinas.
